Is it actually free?

Yes — one full check every month, no credit card, no trial clock. You only pay if you check masters often enough to want more.

What counts as a check?

One master analyzed and its report unlocked. Re-running the same file is a new check. A Reference Match comparison is one check (your master); the reference track is free. Album mode is one check per track.

Do credits expire?

No. The 5-pack is yours until you use it — this month or next year.

Which plan should I pick?

One or two releases a quarter: the 5-pack. Checking every revision of every mix, or working for clients: Unlimited. Yearly is two months free — pick it if you know you'll still be releasing next year.

What's included with Credits and Unlimited that Free isn't?

Reference Match and Album mode, plus the Fix-it → Prove-it comparison on every re-check. Free gets the full single-track report — nothing in it is watered down.

Can I cancel Unlimited?

Anytime, from your account, in two clicks. You keep unlimited access through the end of the period you paid for. No emails, no retention calls.

Do you refund?

Subscriptions: cancel anytime, no partial refunds for the remaining period. Credits and completed checks: no refunds, since the value is delivered the moment the report unlocks. If something's broken on our side, write in and we'll make it right.

Is checkout secure?

Payments run through Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.

Do you offer team or studio plans?

Not yet. If you run a studio or a mastering house and want seats plus client-shareable reports, email support@masterproof.app — that's the next plan we're building and we'd rather build it with you.
