Refund Policy

Masterproof delivers digital analysis instantly, so our refund policy is straightforward. We'd rather you know exactly where you stand.

Credit packs & completed checks

Credit packs and individual checks are non-refundable. A check is delivered the moment it runs — the analysis is the product, and it's completed instantly on your device. Credits never expire, so anything you've bought stays yours to use.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime yourself — open your account and use Manage or cancel subscription to reach the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't offer partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

If you'd rather we handle it, email support@masterproof.app and we'll take care of it.

EU / UK — immediate delivery

Because analysis is delivered immediately, at checkout you agree to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. This is presented clearly before you pay.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or genuinely feel something wasn't right, email support@masterproof.app. We're a small operation run by a producer, and we'd rather keep you happy than argue over a few dollars.
